Who we are

MyVREvents (myvrevents.co.uk) provides hosted VR experiences for events across the UK. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@myvrevents.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you submit an enquiry we collect what the form asks for: your name, email, phone number, and the event details you choose to share (date, headcount, location, occasion and message). We use it for exactly one purpose — responding to your enquiry and, if you book, delivering your event. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us, and performance of a contract once you book.

Where it goes

• Enquiries are delivered to our operations inbox and stored in our booking system so we can respond and manage your event.
• If your booking is fulfilled with our delivery partner, we share the event details needed to run it — never more.
• We never sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. An enquiry is not a newsletter signup.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, it will measure pages, not people.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while it's useful for responding to you and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 24 months) in case you come back to book, then deleted. Booking and invoicing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to any processing. Email hello@myvrevents.co.uk and we'll deal with it promptly — no forms, no fuss. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
