Virtual Sports Day at a hosted event
The flagship format

Virtual Sports Day hire

Our flagship: a full multi-sport tournament where teams rotate through VR golf, racing, archery and more, every score feeds one leaderboard, and it all ends in a final with the whole room watching. Sports day, minus the sack race and the pulled hamstrings.

A proper tournament, not a queue of demos

The difference between kit hire and an event is structure. Virtual Sports Day gives the afternoon a shape: teams are drafted, stations are scored rounds, points accumulate on the master leaderboard, and the top teams go head-to-head in a final everyone crowds in for.

Our hosts run the whole machine — rotations, scoring, commentary, disputes (there are always disputes) — so the organiser's only job is lifting the trophy photo onto the company Slack afterwards.

Scales from a floor to a workforce

Twenty colleagues get a two-station rotation inside 90 minutes. Two hundred get four-plus stations, group stages and a grandstand final across a half day. Because every sport is short-turn, nobody sits out for long — and because none of them reward fitness or gaming hours, the draft is genuinely fair.

It's the format we recommend for team building, summer socials and company days where the guest list spans interns to directors. The leaderboard doesn't care about job titles, and that's rather the point.

Space & logistics

From 8m × 6m for a four-station setup with spectator screen; most hotel function rooms and office floors fit it. ~75-minute setup. Full space & power guide →

FAQs

Virtual Sports Day, asked and answered

How many people can take part?
From 10 to 200+. We scale stations and format to the headcount — rotations for smaller groups, group stages and finals for big ones — so everyone plays multiple rounds whatever the size.
Which sports are included?
You pick from our eight: golf, racing, archery, clay shooting, tennis, sailing and drone racing all slot in as scored rounds. Most sports days run three or four stations; we'll recommend a mix for your group.
How long does it take?
90 minutes for an energiser version, two to three hours for the full tournament with finals and medals. We build the running order around your agenda, not the other way round.
Does it work for mixed fitness levels and ages?
That's the reason it exists. Every station is low-impact and skill-based, so it's the first sports day where the whole company is genuinely on level terms.
