Two things define working here. Castle Meadow and much of the core are camera-enforced bus gate only, so a van that wanders in gets a penalty rather than a warning — routes get planned deliberately. And there is no motorway: the last thirty miles on the A11 and A47 are genuinely slow, which is precisely why so many national suppliers quote Norwich badly or not at all. We build the drive into the schedule and price it honestly rather than pretending Norfolk is closer than it is.
The Halls — St Andrew's and Blackfriars, a medieval friary complex — reopened after refurbishment and offer something no purpose-built venue can. The Forum's atrium sits at the centre of the city, and Carrow Road's suites handle the corporate end. Barnham Broom, about eight miles west, gives you a hotel with function space to 220 and the parking that a city-centre venue can't. Between them, most briefs are covered without leaving the county.

Rooms we work in across Norwich and Norfolk. The Halls came back into use after refurbishment and are among the more remarkable rooms in the east of England. Barnham Broom sits eight miles west and the trade-off is worth stating plainly — you lose the walk from the station and you gain parking, grounds, and a room nobody has to hand back at six.

Norwich and the nearby area is travel-free, with the wider Norfolk itemised plainly. Routes avoid the camera-enforced bus gates entirely, and the A11 approach is timed rather than optimistically estimated.

Norfolk's diary is one of the most open we keep, which is the upside of being underserved. December alone needs six weeks, while otherwise availability is excellent.
