Canary Wharf and City towers mean goods lifts, loading-bay bookings and security passes arranged days ahead — we sort all of it directly with your building team, and our kit travels in wheeled flight cases sized for standard lifts. Shoreditch studios, Soho screening rooms and railway-arch venues each have their own quirks, and we've planned setups around most of them.
The calendar matters as much as the postcode. December Thursdays and Fridays are the first dates in the capital to sell out, summer rooftop season needs a weather call we'll make with you in advance, and anything near a big Wembley or stadium fixture needs an earlier load-in slot. Tell us the date and we'll flag the clashes before they cost you money.

Booking
London dates book heaviest of any city we cover: September onwards for Christmas, and spring for summer-party season. Two to three weeks' notice is usually fine outside those peaks — but if your date is fixed, get it held early.
