VR Christmas Party London

The office party upgrade London's been waiting for — VR golf and racing with drinks in hand, a leaderboard running all night, and a champion crowned before the last Tube.

Why it works

Better than another set-menu sit-down

Entertainment that mixes the room

A leaderboard gives strangers from different floors something to talk about instantly. It's the antidote to the party where everyone stands with their own team all night.

The office becomes the venue

Skip the £150-a-head London party package: we transform your own floor, the budget goes on the bar, and nobody has to find Farringdon in the rain.

Photos that aren't the buffet

Someone mid-swing in a headset while the screen shows the ball sailing into a bunker — that's the picture that makes the January all-hands.

The format

How a London VR Christmas party runs

An evening arc built around drinks and dancing, not instead of them — stations live all night, finals timed for peak crowd.

5:00 Build during the wind-down

We arrive as the workday fades and build 2–3 stations plus the spectator screen. By first drinks, the leaderboard is live.

7:00 Open play, drinks in hand

Guests drift between bar and tee. Every score posts; the loudest cheer of the night has historically been for a CFO's air shot.

9:30 The Christmas final

Top qualifiers face off on the big screen while the room gathers. Winner takes the trophy; runner-up takes it personally.

10:00 Podium, then the dancefloor

Champions crowned, photos taken, and we hand the room back to the DJ. Pack-down happens around the party, invisibly.

How it plays in London

London Christmas maths is brutal: venue minimum spends, per-head packages north of £100, and every decent room within walking distance of a Tube station gone by Halloween. The in-office VR party rewrites the sums — your floor plus our stations plus a caterer beats most venue quotes by thousands, and people actually stay past nine because leaving means surrendering their leaderboard position.

If you do want a venue, we slot into the city's best party rooms — Tobacco Dock takeovers, Brewery ballrooms, a floor of 8 Northumberland Avenue — coordinating load-in with the venue team around your caterer and band. Either way, December logistics are ours: ULEZ, congestion, loading bays, and the December Friday premium on everything in Zone 1 except, pointedly, our pricing.

London FAQs

Asked before every booking

When do London December dates actually sell out?
Thursdays and Fridays start going in September and are mostly gone by early November. If your party's date is fixed, book by October; if it's flexible, a Tuesday or Wednesday buys you weeks of extra runway.
Can it run alongside a DJ, band or caterer?
Designed for it. We coordinate floor plan and power with your other suppliers, keep open play running through dinner service, and time the finals for the lull before the dancefloor — the DJ gets a bigger crowd because of it.
Does it work for a party mixing several offices or companies?
Brilliantly — shared-building parties are a London speciality. The leaderboard doesn't care whose lanyard you wear, and inter-company finals get genuinely raucous.
What if guests are in party dress rather than office wear?
No problem at all. Swings are compact, the racing is seated, and headsets go on over most hairstyles with care — our hosts are practised at December-proofing the formats.
How much space does a party setup need at a London venue?
Two stations plus the spectator screen fit in roughly 6m × 4m — a corner of most function rooms. We'll take your venue's floor plan and spec it precisely before you commit.
