From mid-November the Winter Wonderland bends city-centre traffic and swallows the nearest parking. Our load-ins route and time around it as a matter of course, so a venue two streets from the ice bar is still a punctual build.

A band plays at people and a disco waits for courage. A leaderboard gets the graduate scheme and the board arguing on equal terms — turns take ninety seconds and nobody changes out of their party clothes.

The running order never fights your caterer. We build while the room eats, open qualifying as coffee lands, and let the screen do the recruiting — by the third big score the queue is self-sustaining. Finals run before the DJ's peak hour with the whole room watching four names battle it out.
