Pull!

VR Clay Shooting hire

All the theatre of a clay line — the call of “pull”, the arc of the clay, the satisfaction of powdering a double — with none of the shotguns, hearing protection or muddy fields. This is the away-day classic reinvented for any venue, any weather, any guest list.

The estate experience without the estate

Traditional clay days are brilliant and brutally impractical: remote grounds, licences, weather, and half the guest list opting out. The VR version keeps the skill — mount, swing, lead the clay, squeeze — and deletes every barrier. It runs in a hotel function room as happily as a marquee.

Simultaneous pairs, driven flurries and rising teal are all in there, and the host calls the line like a proper shoot captain. Hit rates go up on the big screen, so the room always knows who's straight-shooting and who's blaming the wind indoors.

Who books it

Weddings love it because it entertains three generations without anyone leaving the venue. Corporate organisers book it as the away-day staple that finally includes everyone — no licence checks, no one-hour drive to a shooting ground, no cancelled-for-rain contingency.

It also works as the second station beside VR golf for country-themed events: two very different skills, one shared leaderboard, and a clear overall champion by the end.

Space & logistics

FAQs

VR Clay Shooting, asked and answered

Do we need any kind of firearms licence?
No. Nothing physical is fired — the gun and clays exist in the headset. That's exactly why it can run in city-centre hotels, offices and wedding venues where a real clay line never could.
Is it realistic enough for people who shoot?
Shooters recognise the fundamentals immediately — mount, swing-through, lead. They usually top the early rounds, then get hunted down by a fast-learning novice, which is the best possible outcome for the room.
Can it run outdoors at a marquee wedding?
Yes — we regularly set up in marquees. We just need firm ground, cover from direct rain and a standard power feed; our space and power guide covers the details.
