VR Hire Telford
Fifteen thousand square metres of exhibition halls, a 1,450-seat auditorium, and a Victorian town you can hire whole down in the gorge. Telford has more usable event space than most cities twice its size.
We know Telford's venues
This is a 1960s new town and it behaves like one. There is no conventional high street — just grade-separated dual carriageways linking numbered roundabouts — which means a postcode routinely deposits a driver on the wrong side of a carriageway with no U-turn available for the best part of a mile. Knowing which roundabout serves which entrance is the entire skill here, and it is not something a satnav has ever managed reliably.
The International Centre anchors everything, and its surroundings are currently a building site: a £250m Convention Quarter scheme is adding a hotel, a lake and new public realm, so access routes shift as the phases progress. We confirm the current arrangement before each job rather than relying on last time. Down in the gorge, Blists Hill Victorian Town offers something no conference centre can match, though the approach roads are steep, narrow and have a history of landslip closures.

What we bring to Telford events
FPV speed runs for the birthplace of industrial engineering; the fit is almost too neat.

Travel
No travel charge across Telford and the immediate Shropshire ring. Every job is routed by roundabout number and building entrance, because in a new town that is genuinely the only reliable way to arrive at the right door.
Booking
The exhibition calendar drives this diary rather than the party season. Show weeks fill hotels and dock slots months ahead; outside them, Telford is usually comfortable on a fortnight.
