VR Hire Bolton
Fifty-plus meeting rooms at one stadium, an arena hall of five thousand square metres next door, and a refurbished Victorian civic venue in town. Bolton's Middlebrook complex is one of the largest event clusters in the North West.
We know Bolton's venues
The town splits cleanly into two very different jobs. Middlebrook and Horwich — the stadium, the arena, the hotel built into the ground — sit off the M61 with parking measured in thousands and level access throughout, which makes them among the easiest builds in Greater Manchester. The Albert Halls in the centre are the opposite: town-centre pedestrian-zone access with a loading window to agree. Neither is difficult, but they need entirely different plans.
Naming here is a minefield worth navigating before you send an invite. The ground has been the Toughsheet Community Stadium since July 2023, having previously been the University of Bolton Stadium, and before that the Macron and the Reebok. Its hotel became the Bolton Stadium Hotel in 2022. Anything you find listing a Reebok address is a decade out of date. On the plus side, Greater Manchester has no charging clean-air zone, so nothing gets added for driving in.

Travel
Bolton and the immediate West Pennines attract no travel cost, with no charging zone anywhere in Greater Manchester to complicate it. Middlebrook builds are among the simplest we do; town-centre ones get a loading window agreed first.
Booking
A relaxed diary with unusually large rooms available. Six weeks ahead for a December Friday; match days affect Middlebrook specifically and are worth a check.
