VR Hire Blackpool
A £30m conference and exhibition centre inside the Winter Gardens, a sprung-floor ballroom under the Tower, and a hall that takes four thousand. Blackpool has more event capacity than most cities, and it is very much open to corporate bookings.
We know Blackpool's venues
The seafront is the complication. Tram tracks run the length of the Promenade, which restricts kerbside unloading far more than people expect, and the Illuminations from early September to early November put serious traffic on the whole route. There's also one specific evening — the Ride the Lights closure at the start of September — when all six miles of Promenade shut to traffic entirely. We check the calendar and plan the approach from the landward side where it matters.
The Winter Gardens is the reason to hold a serious event here: ten spaces including the new conference and exhibition centre, all under one Church Street roof. Bloomfield Road adds seventeen function rooms and twelve boxes with the Matthews Suite taking 600, and the Norbreck's Norcalympia hall runs to four thousand up on Queen's Promenade. The Tower Ballroom is the one guests photograph, sprung floor and all.

Rooms we work in across Blackpool and the Fylde. The Winter Gardens complex is the serious corporate option here and considerably better appointed than the town's reputation suggests.

Travel
Nothing is added for travel across Blackpool and the Fylde coast. Seafront jobs are planned around the tram alignment and, in season, the Illuminations traffic — both of which decide where a van can actually stop.
Booking
Conference season and the autumn Illuminations period are the busy stretches. Winter and early spring offer excellent availability and the sharpest venue rates on this coast.
