The Convention Centre runs a 2,000-seat auditorium across eight halls, and the Great Yorkshire Events Centre out on the showground offers another fourteen rooms and 2,300 square metres. Both are set up for exhibitors, which means dock access, sensible power ordering and staff who have seen every kind of build. It makes Harrogate one of the smoothest towns in England to bring a multi-station setup into.

Two local details worth planning around. The showground sits directly on the A661 Wetherby Road, the main eastern approach, and Great Yorkshire Show week puts a temporary one-way system on it that reverses direction partway through the day — genuinely disorienting if you don't know. And the Convention Centre's Studio Two is mid-redevelopment into 2027, so its availability isn't what older listings suggest. Everything else about this town makes an events supplier's life easy, including parking, which the Dales-fringe hotels have in abundance.
