The town splits into two jobs. The Hippodrome and the Dolphin Centre both sit inside the pedestrianised Market Place core, so load-in there is by permit through the town centre with the window agreed beforehand. The Arena and Rockliffe Hall are out on the A66 and A167 with their own parking, which makes them considerably simpler builds. Neither is difficult once the plan matches the venue.
One thing to confirm before booking: the Dolphin Centre's sports hall closes from June 2026 for mechanical and electrical works, so which halls are actually usable is worth checking rather than assuming. Rockliffe Hall at Hurworth-on-Tees is the standout for a company day — ten function rooms across a 375-acre estate, and about as far from a municipal function suite as County Durham offers.
