The central CAZ charges non-compliant vans. Ours clear it, so the line never reaches your quote — one of several local costs we simply absorb.
A two-hour office takeover
Tight enough to sit inside a working afternoon, structured enough that people take the scoring seriously by round two.
We load in, lay mats and build two to four stations while your team wraps up. Nothing needed from IT and nothing needed from facilities beyond a socket.
Short turns, quick rotation, every score posted. The watching crowd forms on its own — it always does once someone posts a time worth beating.
Top four head-to-head on the big screen, with the rest of the floor providing commentary of variable helpfulness.

How it plays in Bristol
This is the densest concentration of engineering and digital talent outside the capital, and it changes what lands. Out at Filton the aerospace floors book drone racing before anything else; the agencies stacked around Temple Quay and the Harbourside lean to racing rigs and the noise that comes with them. The common thread is that a Bristol team wants to understand the thing it is beating, which is precisely why the leaderboard stays interesting for two hours rather than twenty minutes.
We cover the whole city and Bath alongside it. Temple Meads-side offices are straightforward; the converted floors nearer the water have their own access personalities, from proper freight doors to a careful trolley run across setts, and we scout those before the day rather than discovering them on it. Late-afternoon starts work best here — the walk to the harbourside afterwards is half the appeal, and nobody has ever objected to a finals round that finishes near a pub.
